Credit card fraud leads to arrest of woman

A Rome woman was in jail without bond Thursday night after she was accused of trying to use a stolen debit card, according to Floyd County Jail reports.

According to the report:

Charlotte Denise Ozier, 34, of 51 Highland St., was charged with felony financial transaction card fraud after she allegedly stole a SunTrust debit card on Oct. 1 in order to make a fraudulent purchase of medication at a Rome pharmacy.
