Cave Spring Street man facing drug charges

A Cave Spring Street man is facing drug charges after his arrest at a Rome hotel Thursday evening, according to Floyd County Jail reports.

According to the reports:

Dennis Lee Tucker, 38, of 245 Cave Spring St., had Lortab, Xanex and methamphetamine.

Tucker also had more than 28 grams of meth on him in his vehicle on Dougherty Street in August.

He was charged with felony sale of schedule I or II drugs; felony sale of schedule III, IV or V controlled substance; misdemeanor failure to keep drugs in their original container; two counts of felony possession of methamphetamine; and felony trafficking in methamphetamine.
