The U.S. Army Criminal Investigation Command announced the reward.
The Ledger-Enquirer (http://bit.ly/RMTs1C ) reports that investigators are looking for two men who are accused of kidnapping and raping a woman whose car broke down on the base Wednesday. The two men were driving a white, four-door pickup truck.
One assailant is described as a bald, white man in his 20s, about 5-foot-9 and 160 pounds, with a scar on the left side of his face. The other is described as a white man in his 30s, about 5-foot-9 and 210 pounds. He was wearing a faded baseball cap with a Chevron Oil logo on it.
