More than $2,000 worth of items stolen from business

Rome police responded to a burglary call Wednesday at Family Fun Pools and Spas, 2455 Shorter Ave.

According to Rome police reports:

The complainant stated that someone had entered the business through the back warehouse door sometime between last Saturday and Wednesday and taken items valued at approximately $2,044.

Missing from the business was a Coby 21-inch television, an Acer computer and monitor, a point-of-sale register, a back-up drive, a Drycase, two 1.5-horsepower Powerflo pumps, a Kobalt air compressor, a shop vac, two Ryobi 18-volt chargers, a Ryobi skillsaw and various hand tools.

No suspects were named at the time of the report.
