A Rome man was arrested Monday after allegedly going into a house at 33 Cedar Lane, according to Floyd County Jail reports.

According to the report:

Curtis Lee Mulkey Sr., 47, of 31 Cedar Lane, entered a residence through a side window without permission. He then left and went around the back of the house to a small building where he took a fire extinguisher.

Mulkey was charged with felony burglary and remained in jail Monday night, Oct. 29, without bond.
