A man who was staying with the residents of a Bent Oak Trail home allegedly took jewelry from them, according to Floyd County Jail reports.

According the report:

Joshua Brian Boswell, 25, of 37 B Lindsey Drive, Rome, was charged with felony burglary after he was accused of stealing two rings, a gold necklace and diamond pendant from the residence.

He remained in jail Wednesday night without bond.
