Jessica Anne Luk and Allen Jesse White II were married at 2 p.m. on Sept. 15, 2012 at Frost Memorial Chapel in Rome.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert James Luk of Rome. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Rountree White of Norcross.

Deacon Stuart Neslin performed the ceremony. A program of wedding music was provided by pianist Shelley Reid. Selections included “Great is Thy Faithfulness,” “Canon in D” and “St. Anthony Chorale.”

Gillian Evans of Rome and Summer Smith of Alabama were the maids of honor. Melissa White Dalburg of Roswell, sister of the groom, was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Leah Barton of Salem, N.C., and Brittany Wilson of Lavergne, Tenn. They wore coral chiffon tea-length dresses and carried bouquets of green hydrangea as well as Donna and Virginia roses with coral hypericum and eucalyptus berries tied with coral satin. Flower girls were Autumn Dalburg and Adalei White, nieces of the groom. They carried a basket of rose petals. They wore white dresses with coral sashes.

The bride was given in marriage by her parents and escorted by her father. She wore a white strapless silk gown with laced appliqué. A cathedral-length train was accented with silk buttons. A matching crystal pearl comb and laced veil completed the ensemble. She carried a bouquet of Anna and Donna roses with green hydrangea, coral hypericum and eucalyptus berries tied with ivory satin.

The brother of the groom, Christopher White and Ryan Speck were the best men. The groomsmen were Gene Spiva, Jonathan Wilson, Logan Tunello and Lewis A. Dalburg II, brother-in-law of the groom. The ushers were Richard and Preston Luk, brothers of the bride.

Following the ceremony, a reception was held at Belle Terra in Cave Spring. Refreshments included the bride’s three-tier cake covered with buttercream icing.

The evening before the wedding, the groom’s parents hosted a rehearsal dinner for the wedding party at The Governor’s House in Kingston.

Pre-nuptial parties included a miscellaneous shower hosted by Loretta Barwick, Donna Jones and Wendy Williams; an around-the-clock shower hosted by Kim and Gillian Evans and Sally and Summer Smith, and a bridesmaids’ luncheon hosted by Loretta Barwick and Wendy Williams.

Following a honeymoon trip to St. Thomas Island, the couple now resides in Smyrna, Tenn.
