A woman and her daughter were treated and released from Redmond Regional Medical Center on Friday following a one-vehicle wreck on the 5000 block of Black’s Bluff Road.

According to Floyd County Police Officer Sam Boseman:

Nohemi Cook, 34, of Cave Spring, was driving on Black’s Bluff Road in her gray Trailblazer when she lost control of her vehicle, flipped several times and came to rest upside down in the front yard of 5018 Black’s Bluff Road.

Witnesses who wished to remain anonymous said they saw the Trailblazer flip six to seven times before it came to rest and that the woman’s daughter, who appeared to be younger than 10, was crouched beside her mother on the ground before police arrived.
