Lindsey Bullard was 14 when she exposed her breasts during spring break in Florida to a man with a video camera who later sold the clip for use in a “Girls Gone Wild” video. Bullard, who’s now 26, sued in 2004 after her image was used in advertisements and on a video cover.
The Georgia Supreme Court heard arguments Monday after a federal judge asked the state high court to answer some questions on Georgia law.
A lawyer for the video producers argued Bullard’s image had no commercial value and that her appearance did not imply endorsement.
