A 20-year-old man is facing multiple charges after he allegedly raped and sodomized a girl in October, according to Floyd County Jail reports.

According to the reports:

Juan Carlos, also known as Luis Colon, 20, whose address is unknown according to the reports, is accused of luring the girl to his bedroom and raping her.

He was charged with enticing a child for indecent purposes, child molestation, sodomy, rape, false imprisonment and cruelty to children, all felonies.

He remained in jail on Thursday night.
