The daughter of a woman who is currently in an assisted living home reported that her mother’s house had been broken into, according to Rome police reports.

According to the report:

Someone had entered the Marshall Lane residence during Monday night or early Tuesday morning and ransacked the home.

Two bottles of hydrocodone and a DVD player valued at approximately $100 were stolen, and the victim’s daughter stated that some of her mother’s jewelry might have been stolen as well.

The daughter said she was unsure if there were any pills inside the hydrocodone bottles.
