Thomas Patrick Thacker
According to the report:
Thomas Patrick Thacker, 32, of 325 Third St., Shannon, was charged with misdemeanor battery after he intentionally caused physical harm to the victim in April at a Calhoun Road address.
Thacker struck the man multiple times with his hands and feet, resulting in bruises, a mild concussion and a laceration on his scalp. He remained in jail Monday night without bond.
