Woman accused of taking $2,800 ring arrested

A Rome woman who allegedly took a ring from a Wilkerson Road residence is in custody, according to Floyd County Jail reports.

According to the report:

Tammy Anthony, unknown age, of 27 Brookwood Ave., was charged with felony theft by taking for removing a gold and diamond ring valued at approximately $2,800 from the residence without authority.

She was arrested Monday and was being held without bond because of a probation violation.
