A Tennessee man was arrested Monday after he was accused of molesting an underage girl, according to Floyd County Jail reports.

According to the reports:

Matthew Ray Jackson, 28, of 2045 Oak St., Signal Mountain, Tenn., allegedly committed indecent and immoral acts, including sexual intercourse, to and in the presence of an underage girl between October 2011 and August 2012.

Jackson was charged with felony counts of child molestation and sodomy. He remained in jail Monday night without bond.
