The second annual Winter Art Market takes place Saturday and Sunday at the Rome Civic Center.

More than 40 participants will represent dozens of art communities throughout Georgia at the indoor/outdoor event. The Art Market takes place Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 5 p.m. Georgia artists, authors and food producers will be showcased at the market which will feature crocheted items, homemade baked goods, jewelry, pottery, photography and a variety of other arts, crafts and products.

Artwork, food products and other gifts from participating art market vendors will be given away in free drawings throughout the weekend.

Admission and parking is free. The Rome Civic Center is located at 400 Civic Center Drive, across from Applebee’s.
