Two people were arrested late Monday on a bench warrant stemming from an indictment handed down in Floyd County Superior Court on Friday, according to a Floyd County Jail report.

According to the report:

Jennifer Sue Elrod, 31, and Hubert Harrison McFall, 74, both of 30 Watson Drive, was charged with sale of meth, possession of meth with the intent to distribute and possession of meth.

The bench warrants did not give specific details about the incident.
