A woman involved in a single vehicle wreck Wednesday afternoon on Wax Road was arrested, according to Floyd County Jail reports.

According to the report:

Katherine Virginia Dutton, 39, of 233 Tom Bing Road, Silver Creek, was charged with a felony count of driving while a habitual violator after she was found driving with a suspended license.

She remained in jail Wednesday night without bond.
