Police charged a man with two counts of obstruction and terroristic threats and acts after he was found driving on a suspended license, according to a Floyd County Jail report.

According to the report:

Bryant Keith Gamble, 26, of 216 Coosawattee Ave., was stopped in South Rome on Thursday and discovered to be driving while his license was suspended.

He then pulled away from an officer who was attempting to place him under arrest and ran for a short time before being taken into custody.

Gamble then said he wanted to get a good look at the officer making the arrest.

He was charged with felony counts of obstruction of a law enforcement officer for resisting arrest, and terroristic threats and acts, as well as misdemeanor counts of willful obstruction of law enforcement officers, and driving while license suspended or revoked.

Gamble remained in jail Friday night on a probation violation and had bond set at $3,500.
