A Rome man is facing drug charges after his arrest early Monday morning, according to Floyd County Jail reports.

According to the reports:

James Robert Olson, 45, of 23 E. Lakeshore Drive, had marijuana in a glass mason jar at “his studio” at 521 E. Second Ave.

He also had a plastic tube with water that police said could be used for smoking the drug.

He is charged with possession of drug related objects, two counts of possession, purchase, manufacture, distribution or sale of marijuana.
