Man charged with aggravated stalking

A man was in jail Thursday and charged with felony aggravated stalking after he allegedly went to the victim’s home after a temporary protection order was taken out on him, according to Floyd County Jail reports.

According to the reports:

Vaughn Lee Winslow, 45, of an unknown address, took the oldest child from the home on Jan. 2 but later returned the child to a family member.

Winslow was also charged with felony failure to register a change of address.
