Rome man faces drug charges, fraud

A man that was arrested on a warrant was allegedly found with two pills not in their original containers, according to Floyd County Jail reports.

According to the reports:

Ramon Garcia, 34, of 119 Hillside Ave., was charged with felony financial transaction card fraud, felony possession of a schedule III controlled substance and misdemeanor drugs not in their original container.

He had suspected hydrocodone and acetaminophen in his possession.

Garcia took a credit card that did not belong to him on Dec. 6, 2012, and used it to withdraw $100.
