A Rome man was arrested Wednesday after he was found inside a truck that did not belong to him, according to Floyd County Jail reports.

According to the reports:

Jeremy Micah Wear, 32, of 15 Canard Road, was charged with felony entering an auto and misdemeanor loitering and prowling after he was spotted inside a pickup truck at Ashland Park Apartments off of Ga. 53.

Wear had taken paperwork from the glove box, and a witness stated that he had been on the lot trying the open the door to another vehicle earlier.

He remained in jail Wednesday night without bond.
