Miss Grizzard
The groom-elect is the son of Steve and Amy Knowles of Conway, Ark., formerly of Silver Creek.
The bride-elect is a 2003 graduate of Habersham Central High School in Mount Airy, and a 2007 graduate of the University of Georgia, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.
She also completed the Paralegal Certificate Program at Emory University. She is employed as a paralegal at the law firm of Quirk & Quirk, LLC in Atlanta.
She is the granddaughter of Martha Brinson Mutton and Frank Mutton of Clarkesville, the late John W. Brinson, the late James Carr Grizzard, Sr., and the late Ida Renfroe Grizzard.
The groom-elect is a 2000 graduate of Pepperell High School and attended Floyd Junior College and Kennesaw State University, graduating with a degree in Marketing. He is employed as a buyer with Rooms To Go in Atlanta.
He is the brother of Darsi Knowles of Silver Creek, and the grandson of Betty Pyle Knowles of Silver Creek, Rollie B. and Fran Smith of Covington, the late Grady Knowles and the late Martha Veal Smith.
The wedding will be held at Neverland Farms in Cleveland on October 19, 2013, at 5 p.m. with a reception to follow at the venue. Invitations will be sent.
