Who is answering the questions? Quincy Fluker - “The Official Tax Man”

What is the primary purpose of your business? We specialize in individual and small business returns. With our expertise in tax accounting we will work with clients one-on-one to develop a solution of plans to help maximize their tax refund or minimize their tax liability.

What is the business background of the owners? I have a degree in business, marketing & management and over five years experience inn business operations. Out tax specialists have degrees in accounting and over 10 years experience in tax preparation and accounting.

Why did you start (or purchase) this particular business? To achieve positive success in helping individuals file timely tax returns, get caught up on prior years tax returns and the prevent, or resolve, any audit issues they may have encountered in the past. We give individuals an incorporated, insured and certified tax firm they can trust to be in their best interest, long term in Rome, Georgia.

What makes your business unique? We are the home of the $39 tax preparation fee. We are introducing flat rate tax preparation where we will define our clients tax need and choose one of our three flat rates. #1 $39 - File 1040EZ. This is the simplest of the tax forms only for single tax filers. #2 $139 - File 1040 A (Short form) This is for single, married filing jointly or head of household filers that have dependants. W-2s and or unemployment compensation. #3 $299 File 1040 (Long form) This is for any filer that operated as a sole proprietor or was self-employed with income to put on Schedule C

What do you enjoy most about your chosen profession? We enjoy seeing the smile on a clients face from them being relieved after knowing we have fully fulfilled all of their tax needs.

What has been the biggest or most interesting challenge to overcome as a small business owner? The planning process. Planning can help a business avoid mistakes and hidden opportunities, even after developing a very detailed business plan, planning for the business is a continuous process.
