During the 20th century, supposedly one of the most civilized, there were 262 million murders by governments, mostly the victims’ own governments.

So who do we have to fear most, a few crazed madmen or our own government? It is clearly our own government that could turn tyrannical at any time.

“No way,” you say. “It could never happen here in America.”

What about Waco, Texas, where 84 American citizens were burned alive by the FBI and military of the U.S. because the federal government didn’t like their religion?

What about Ruby Ridge, where a 2-year-old child was shot in the head by an FBI sniper because his father refused to surrender on a misdemeanor arms charge?

What about Hurricane Katrina, where the federal government, the state government, and the local law confiscated the firearms of law-abiding citizens with no warrant, no charges and no authority?

What about Athens, Tennessee in 1946, when an armed local sheriff and his deputies seized the ballot boxes with no authority, in violation of the voting rights of the citizens?

Because this kind of tyranny by the government has already happened here in America, if we allow the administration to disarm us, even partially, then, I am sorry to say, we become just as vulnerable as the Germans, the Chinese, the Russians, the Cambodians, the Rwandans, the Congolese, or the Syrians, to mass slaughter.

Wayne,

You are still wearing your tinfoil hat I see.

Did you notice that the crazy bunker dude in Alabama shared your views?

Naaaaah...That would require self awareness..

Anyway...Seek medical attention...You surely need it.

You're right Ryan, it wasn't a 2 year old child that was shot. An infants mother was shot while she was holding the baby which I think was less than two. The couples 14 year old son was shot and killed.

This letter is nuttier than a toilet bowl at a peanut convention, lol...

Wayne, please get some mental help, if not for yourself then for the people around you that you care about.

p.s. I couldn't remember so I looked it up. A 2 year old was never shot at Ruby Ridge. (although a mother was)
