Riley Eugene Vaughn
According to the report:
Riley Eugene Vaughn, 18, of 7 Elliott Circle, was charged with felony enticing a child for indecent purposes.
The victim stated that Vaughn followed him into a men’s restroom at The Movies at Berry Square, 2820 Martha Berry Highway, where he stared at his genitals and asked if he could “touch it.”
Vaughn remained in jail Saturday night without bond.
