GDOL will help Aerotex and Tidra recruit workers in Floyd County

The Georgia Department of Labor (GDOL) will help Aerotex and Tidra fill a number of jobs next week in Floyd County. The recruitments will be held at the GDOL’s Rome Career Center, located at 462 Riverside Parkway.

On Wednesday, March 13, Aerotex will be recruiting full-time assembly and production-line workers for its Polk County location. The recruitment will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Applicants must have at least 12 months of prior experience in a manufacturing environment. First and third shifts are available, and salaries are $10.50 an hour.

The next day, Thursday, March 14, Tidra will be recruiting full-time manufacturing workers for its location in Adairsville. The recruitment will be held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Positions include general manufacturing workers, maintenance mechanics, and forklift drivers. Applicants must have a high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and at least 12 months of experience in the industry. Salaries range from $9 to $11 an hour.
