Report: Convicted felon charged with possession of firearm, marijuana

A Lindale man remained in jail Monday after he was charged with felony possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

According to Floyd County Jail records:

Kenneth Dewayne Randolph, 28, is also charged with misdemeanor driving without a license, open container violation, marijuana possession and not stopping at a stop sign.

The Bartow County Jail has also placed a hold on Randolph.
