Atlanta shapewear company Spanx Inc. has been slapped with a claim that some of its products are infringing the designs of a New York clothing company Yummie Tummie.
Yummie Tummie claims Spanx’s “Total Taming Tank,” “Top This Tank” and “Top This Cami” are violating its patents, and has demanded Spanx stop making and selling them, according to a claim filed March 5 in federal court in Atlanta.
