Warren Brown
According to the reports:
Warren Brown, 40, of 327 North Jule Peek Ave., beat the children on their thighs and legs, leaving bruises, at a Calhoun Avenue residence between Aug. 1 and Sept. 23 last year.
He is charged with two counts of felony second-degree cruelty to children.
Jail officials said Brown had paid his bond, though he remained in jail Friday night.
He’ll be transferred to Bartow County for an unrelated incident.
