Oxford College of Emory University has selected Zach Martin for “Who’s Who Among Student in American Universities and Colleges.” Oxford faculty and staff nominated and selected Martin and 19 other students based on academic achievement, service to the community, leadership in extracurricular activities and potential for continued success.
Students selected for “Who’s Who at Oxford” join an elite group from more than 2,000 institutions of higher learning in all 50 states, the District of Columbia and several foreign nations. Martin is a sophomore at Oxford College and son of Dr. and Mrs. Zachary Martin of Rome.
Emily Lataif named to university’s Dean’s List
Emily Lataif, a freshman English major from Rome, has been named to the University of Dallas Dean’s List for the fall 2012 semester for earning a semester grade point average of 3.5 or higher.
