Man charged with robbery

Authorities arrested a Rome man Monday on a robbery accusation, Floyd County Jail reports state.

James Nelson Neal, 45, of 122 Atteiram Drive, faces a felony county of robbery, records state.

According to reports, Neal punched, hit and kicked a man earlier this month and took a bag of tools from him. Neal was arrested Monday and was being held Monday night without bond.
