Brandon Montgomery
Brandon Lee Montgomery, 27, of 624 Pennington Ave., is charged with possession of more than an ounce of marijuana, possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute, sale of marijuana, possession of Ecstasy, possession of Ecstasy with the intent to distribute and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, reports state.
According to records, Montgomery was at a Nixon Avenue address at about 2:15 p.m. Thursday and sold marijuana to someone. Authorities then arrested Montgomery and searched him, finding suspected drugs packaged for distribution and a firearm.
Montgomery remained in jail Thursday night without bond.
