Police arrested a Rome man Friday on accusations he was found with drug paraphernalia that included methamphetamine residue, Floyd County Jail records state.

Henry Andrew Priebe, 26, of 12 Kirton St., is charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug-related objects, reports state.

According to records, Priebe was at Shorter Avenue and Ellison Street about 12:55 a.m. Friday when he was found with a glass pipe with suspected methamphetamine residue in it. He also had suspected methamphetamine in his pocket.

Priebe made his $5,700 bond later that day, officials said.
