According to Floyd County Jail records:
Eric Cremeens, 37, of 824 Floyd Springs Road, was arrested on felony cruelty to children warrants. Police said that during an altercation last week, he grabbed his stepson and pushed him to the ground, causing visible injuries including scratches and red marks.
He also allegedly pushed and injured a woman during the incident.
Cremeens was also charged with misdemeanor battery and remains in jail without bail.
