Three people were arrested on drug trafficking charges by Adairsville police Monday after an undercover narcotics operation.

According to the Adairsville Police Department:

James William Montgomery, 32, of Adairsville, Billy Puckett, 29, of Dalton, and Jonathan Smith, 37, of Cartersville had allegedly delivered four ounces of methamphetamine to an undercover officer.

One of the three was armed with a stun gun, reports stated.

All are being held at the Bartow County Jail without bail pending a Superior Court hearing.
